Arun (CEO/Founder)
Arun is the Founder and CEO of Shanaya Properties.
He excels at finding off market deals and turning properties into solid investments, exponentially increasing their value. Being part of private real estate groups that have have closed millions of dollars in deals in past year keeps him motivated daily to do more deals.
He loves personal development, and creating financial freedom by making the right investments and teaching others the power of real estate. When he is not working, you will find him outdoors, exploring new places with the family.
Having Won many Awards, Arun is a active leader and Certified Real Estate Coach in the RE community collaborating with other investors.

Poonam Varma (VP – Investors Relationship)
Poonam is at the core of investor relationships. She had graduated from University of Bridgeport Connecticut with Masters degree in Computer Science. She loves going on outdoor walks with her friends and family and connect with new people and help them out.

Cyrille is a marketing professional who specializes in lead generation. A Marketing Management graduate who is self-driven, eager to learn, and committed to add value to her work. She is responsible for connecting with sellers and starting conversation about creating win-win situations and create great deals.
